Consulting Services

Consulting services are contracted on a project basis and Home Care and Hospice Marketing Solutions works with each of its clients to customize the project to fit their needs. Every agency has its own unique set of characteristics, thus creating the need for a similarly unique project. Services may be combined in any fashion to create the perfect solution for each client agency.

In many cases initial projects are followed by annual consulting agreements.

How it Works

Most new client engagements start with a complete sales, marketing and customer service program evaluation and assessment.  The client receives an immediate verbal report to management with observations and recommendations. This is followed with an in-depth report complete with detailed recommendations and a plan for their implementation.

We accomplish this by working closely with agency management to determine the agency’s needs. Once needs are established, a plan is then implemented to define the scope of the project to deliver solutions and results. And once the plan (complete with timeline) is agreed upon, our experts will manage the process to support the agency management team. 

Execution and accountability are important to the timely achievement of the plan. Each consulting engagement ends with a step by step plan being devised to continue the ongoing agency business development plan.
